SommAI is an AI-powered wine cellar management platform that provides wine collection tracking, AI-generated tasting notes, drinking window recommendations, food pairings, and conversational sommelier assistance.
SommAI uses artificial intelligence to generate tasting notes, drinking windows, valuations, and recommendations. This content is informational and for entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors. SommAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Wine valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon for insurance, investment, or sale decisions.
SommAI does not sell, distribute, or facilitate the purchase of alcoholic beverages. The Service is a cellar management and information tool only. Any wine pricing or valuation information is for reference purposes and does not constitute an offer to buy or sell.
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to use SommAI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all wine collection data you input into SommAI. You grant SommAI a limited license to process this data to provide the Service, including generating AI content based on your collection. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.
SommAI may integrate with third-party services such as CellarTracker. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. SommAI is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
SommAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall SommAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
